The Red North is a grimdark fantasy I'm writing as something of a personal experiment. It's a test to myself, to see if I can push through a pretty large writing slump and actually finish something for the first time in a long time. It's also a trial run in first person perspective, in characterization, and in world building. It's raw, unpolished, and doesn't ease the reader into it, but I like what I have. Simply put, I'm enjoying the shit show that's TRN and I hope you will too.
My tentative plan is to update this blog once every week.
We'll see how that goes.
